Someone answers, at any hour
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
A credentialled contractor who works locally
The connection goes to an insured independent contractor working in the Jacksonville area rather than to a call centre two states away. The contractor on site is the firm that must hold the permissions the job calls for, so confirm them yourself before anyone starts.
Not the right contractor? Call again
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
What is not being guaranteed here
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
