The company that performs the restoration work
Jacksonville Water Damage Restoration is a call line that connects callers with a licensed, independent local company for water extraction, drying and cleanup. It takes calls and online requests and passes them to that company. It does not extract water, dry buildings, assess damage, test for mold or carry out repairs, and it does not hold itself out as licensed for any of those tasks.
The attending company is independent of this line and alone accountable for its assessment, its scope, its pricing, its equipment and its workmanship. Florida credentials for mold work are issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. This site has not confirmed a license category that covers water removal and drying alone, so each credential the job needs must be shown by the company that holds it.
The caller may ask for any license or registration number on the phone at any time. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation holds the record of mold licenses, and it can confirm whether a number is current and what it covers.

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in Florida is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
